Who will I see at Scotland's Trade Fair Spring 2018?
You will see 500 quality, Scottish, UK and international exhibitors. Exhibitors are zoned in order to help you. Zones at the show include Home & Gift, Fashion & Accessories, Craft and Food & Drink. Showcase Scotland is for companies based in Scotland and comprises the first five rows of the show as you enter. In the middle of the show is the Launch Gallery for new and emerging young companies and our Craft Gallery run in association with Craft Scotland.
Can anyone visit Scotland's Trade Fair Spring?
STF is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a ‘minimum order’ policy and will not sell to members of the public.
Do I need to provide proof of trade?
Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you – which can include a business card or a company cheque book.

How can I register my colleague?
You will be able to register colleagues on the registration page of the website by clicking the ‘Register a Colleague’ link.
How much does it cost to visit Scotland's Trade Fair Spring 2018?
If you pre-register prior to the show entry is free. For all those who haven’t pre-registered they will have to pay the onsite registration fee of £10.
When do I get my badge?
Badges will not be mailed in advance so please ensure that you print your admission voucher that will be emailed to you once you have registered online and bring it with you to the show where it will be scanned in order to print your entry badge.
Can I bring my young child with me?
We would prefer it that children are not brought to the fair as it is not a suitable environment for them. However we understand that occasionally you have no choice in which event children will be admitted entry but please be aware that we have no facilities specifically for children.
Where can I park?

Can I obtain a visa to travel to the show?
The organisers of Scotland’s Trade Fairs regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help them secure visas. If your business is relevant to Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring you will be able to prove this to the British Embassy in your country by providing proof of your employment and the nature of your employer’s business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers as all request for letters of invitation will be denied.
