12/01/2012

Pre-registration is up on last year and the Show set up is about to begin. The range of goods on show will meet the demand from farm shops, food retailers, delicatessens, butchers, grocers and the catering trade for interesting and desirable products to sell.

New exhibitors include Perry Fruit Farm from Kent with their range of healthy fruit snacks; Northern Ireland Naturally with its huge array of Northern Irish food products; Nutshot’s delicious snacks from around the globe and Berry Good’s flavoured alcoholic drinks.

Being run in conjunction with Scotland’s Trade Fair, it offers retailers the chance to source both food and non-food, gift and homeware goods under one roof.
