SCOTLAND’S SPECIALITY FOOD SHOW APPOINTS SALES EXECUTIVE

Sallie was originally Group Sales Manager with the Guild of Fine Food, who co-organised the Show in past years, so is very familiar with the Show, many of its exhibitors and the market. In 2009 Sallie went freelance and continued to sell stands for the Guild of Fine Food, as well as taking on other business development projects.

Mark Saunders from Springboard Events who organises the Show said: “It is good to have Sallie back on board. She has a vast experience of the speciality food industry and with her combination of excellent sales skills and knowledge of the market we are aiming for a highly successful Speciality Food Show in Scotland.”
